Itβs been all change on the Mazda5 β since it was first built in 1999 it has undergone an extensive remodelling, including a name change. Originally, the Mazda5 was known as the Mazda Premacy and indeed it has continued to be sold under that name in Japan. When it was first introduced, it was one of the cheapest seven-seaters on the market. Its remodelling took place in 2005, when the Mazda5 name was brought to the forefront. Generally, the Mazda5 is considered a superior car to its predecessor and has scooped numerous awards β the 2005 model also earned a five-star Euro-NCAP rating.
