Aston Martin was founded in 1914 by Lionel Martin and Robert Bamford. Martin and Bamford believed that a sports car should have a distinctive and individual character. They felt it should be built to the highest standards and be exhilarating to drive and own. Aston Martin are passionate about the cars that they produce and their sports cars continue to be hand-built and bespoke whilst using the highest technological processes in a modern environment.
